Several years spent structuring financial proposals with a major Canadian financial institution have provided Hugh with a wealth of experience in business financing. He also obtained a solid foundation in business consulting, business training, and strategic planning leading a team of professionals in delivering these disciplines to the business community.

As a marketing and sales executive, Hugh went on to establish a proven record in implementing strategies, structure, and tactics which strengthen personal and business relationships, improve service, and profitably increase revenues in business as well as the not for profit sector.

Hugh is committed to helping companies achieve their strategic marketing objectives through a process of consulting, coaching, and follow up. He has given presentations and seminars on such diverse topics as financing, forecasting, and cash flow to time management, relationship building and motivation. He also has expertise in customer service excellence through the use and implementation of client service surveys.

Hugh’s wide variety of business experience enables him to customize material to suit the situation. His work continually exposes Hugh to today's realities in business. Hugh has completed the complete coach training program with the Adler School of Professional Coaching under their coaching accreditation program and now brings to his role at the learning continuum the added dimension of professional coaching to all of his clients. His coaching practice includes a diversity of clients from emerging graduates to entrepreneurs to corporate executives.
