The client and coach co-create the agenda to achieve desired outcomes. Executive coaching often includes the following steps but not necessarily in any particular order:
Executive coaching program
Experience and research has shown that at least 10 hours is required to see substantive change. An executive coaching program typically covers 10 hours over a 4-6 months.
Coaching is normally done in weekly half or bi-weekly full hour sessions, depending on your preference, and begins with a 2 hour discovery session (usually face to face). We get clarity around your goals, discover your core values, and agree on the ground rules that will guide future sessions.
Following the discovery session, coaching can occur face to face, over the phone or on any of the other available platforms such as Skype, WeChat, Whatsapp, Zoom and so on. At the end of this 10 hour commitment we talk about what’s next for you.
